Glow Jars

This is the video about my prep product.
We made the Glow Jars out of glass jars and then we got paint and did different designs like a Monster face and flowers. Then we got the lids and painted them and every time they needed to be painted again when they were dry. Then we got five glow sticks of the same colour we cut them open and let the stuff that makes them glow in the jar.

That's how we made our glow jars and if you want to make them try you best.

Te Ao Māori

On Wednesday the things that we learnt with Whaea Toni was learning about early Maori Technology and how that they used Fire, Waka, Food, Whare, Cloths and Weapons / Tools.

The Moa was a big bird that was alive when the Māori were around and the highest one is 4m.

There are really really really really really x20 really old.

We also learnt that Te Rauparaha was in Hamilton and traveled all the down on to Porirua.

And then she said that she made Wahakura AKA a cot a baby bed. She made it out of Harakeke for her Mokopuna. Then she put a mattress with a Māori plant on it.

This is my Artwork that I made. The person is a silhouette. The sport that he is doing is Javelin.

This is how you can make a piece of artwork that can look, like mine. Follow these steps to make it.

Step 1

First you need to have a A3 bit of paper and you silhouette cut out and ready to go.

Step 2

You need to work out the measurement for the border, that will take some time.

Step 3

Once you have work that out you need to chose two different coloured pastels. Then you make the pattern that you want. Then you start colouring.

Step 4

Once that is done, work out where you are going to put you person. Then you need put a little piece of glue tack.

Step 5

Then you have someone ripping up a magazine. When that is done you need to have a ice cream lid with PVA glue. Then you need to do the border with the ripped up paper. Once that is done you leave it to dry.

Step 5

Now you can stick on the person ( But you need to take off the glue tack) with the PVA glue. Use a little bit of glue and spread it out. Now you wait for it to dry.

Done

Now that you are done you have a awesome art work to show everybody.

My Slideshow Presentation

I chose to do my slide about Saturn because I find it interesting how Saturn has rings that can be see through a telescope.

And it is interesting how Saturn has rings that can be seen but not any of the other gas giants.  
Another reason is I found it interesting the time Saturn takes to orbit the sun. I think all the planet should be able to see Saturn with the naked eye.

Saturn is a gas giant and it takes longer than other planets to orbit the sun, shouldn't  Saturn be the fastest planet to orbit the sun because it is the lightest planet and the second biggest.

Homework Project

My homework project is the Earth and the Moon. I used: Paint 2 Craft balls I made this project because I found it interesting how the moon creates the tides . My other reason is it is weird how the moon reflects the sun light and puts it on the Earth. I enjoy making my project .
